ABSTRACT All sorts of habits, behavior, and the words have such a large influence on the development of the child in the future. Inevitably control of the environment is very important to continue to be considered and maintained so as not to backfire against the child's personal future. Some adults, children see the achievements of the habit. Although it can not be used as benchmarks for certain, however, when he saw a child with a positive and regular habits, it can create its own admiration among adults. School -school children who diperutukkan for early childhood, when this began emerging. Either registered or unregistered. Such structure at least has become a second home for the children. Supervision of teachers and playmates of the same age group in school at least can be a container that is effective enough to be able to form a habit among children. TK ABA Nitikan is one school kindergarten pretty much accommodate students. This may indicate great confidence of parents to submit their ank education there. In accordance with the above explanation, the formulation of the problem that the authors stacking is "What is the role of the school teacher kindergarten Aisyiyah Busthanul RA as agents of change in changing the behavior of the first students to finish school before going to school?" Theoretical framework used include learning theory of Gagne and John Dewey, as well as the theory of behavioral change. Research carried out a kind of field research (field study) with a qualitative approach and a descriptive analysis (descriptive analysis). Data collected through in-depth interviews, as well as non-participant observation. The study, as mentioned above, made in kindergarten Nitikan ABA, which is located on the road Sorogenen. The results of this study are found the changes that occur in students' daily behavior pattern includes seven kinds of patterns, namely eating, bathing, brushing teeth, getting dressed, getting out of bed in the morning, take out the trash and clean up mainan. Not only daily behavior course, even in the social and emotional patterns of students in kindergarten Nitikan ABA is also changing. Social and emotional pattern include: custom yell, cry, get along, sharing, and refused to budge. This indicates that the role of teachers as agents of change in schools have been successful.
