This phenomenon has changed the system in society, including job seeking system. Then, job seeker used to troll the newspapers and other printed media to look for job vacancies, but now the can easily do it through the internet. Therefore, to catch their attention, job ads agencies have been creating job seeking website with the most useful and interesting features as possible. In the university level, career advisor agencies have also reached online media to publicize job ads and career tips. One of them is ECC UGM (ecc.ft.ugm.ac.id), a career agency owned by Engineering Faculty of UGM. Beside the main website, ECC UGM also established a sub-site, Career News (careernews.web.id). This research’s purpose is to study and expose the whole process of editorial management of Career News website as an online career news and information provider. Through a qualitative case study, this research is expected to be a platform for the readers to learn about editorial management of a career website.
