And to be able to support this PT Badak NGL must have a human resource that can be relied upon in any situation. And in order to deal with certain situations that HR must have sufficient experience and competence. And as one company under the provisions of the state, in accordance with the Act established the PT Badak NGL obliged to develop competency and career of human resources. The study presented here that is trying to discuss the issue of career development at PT Badak NGL when considering the competence in developing it. There are many forms of career development, but the PT Badak NGL choose to use class-based development office. PT Badak NGL believe career development office-based groups can be more efficient in developing career Manusianya.Tetapi Resources with the many problems that emerge as a result of the inability of human resource competitiveness in the workplace began to raise the question whether the path that has been used has been able to maximize the competencies that exist in the human resources working at PT Badak NGL. The objective of this study was to find a way out through the above problems of the PT Badak NGL so that problems like this do not reappear and career development of employees at PT Badak NGL could be better and more focused in the future. And human resources are also expected to work in PT Badak NGL to take part in the career development process and their respective competencies in order to create a sustainable synchronization in order to achieve the goals set by the company.
