The focus of this research is on understanding public relations activities undertaken after PT. KAI management changes and policy changes to rail fares in economy class. This study used a qualitative approach with a description of the analytical methods. The results of this study are related all public relations activities of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) in building the image of the company in the period from March to August, 2013. In this thesis work are found shortcomings and limitations of researchers to further explore the research object. But it can be overcome with the backup data owned by the Head Office of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) in Bandung.
