Ilmu Sosiatri)ABSTRACT This research conducted to find out the meaning of inclusive education which is sought by visual impairment disable in some universities at special district of Yogyakarta. Because some universities in Yogyakarta has opened access to blind disable to be able to continue their education. In fact, inclusive education in Indonesia are still rarely known by common people, it raised questions to my mind about how is the accessibility researches obtained by disable blind in college, how is the public facilities and academic activity was obtained by the disable student at their college whether they feel equal already rights to disable person or non-disable person as the meaning of inclusive education. The methods that was used to this research is a method of qualitative research with descriptive approach. Informants in this research was disable visual impairment who was educated at college which is located in Yogyakarta. The informant derived from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta and Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Kalijaga. And the data collection techniques used in this research is by observation, interview, and documentation. Visual impairment disable in inclusive college feel more independent and confident when they were in inclusive environment which is assimilate between disable students and non-disable students. There is accessibility in the inclusive education among other accessibility in general facilities environment and academic activities which take place on the college environmental. The majority of informants felt that their basic needs of them at college already fulfilled, such as the needs of the information, a public facility, and other. However, there are still several visual impairment student still complaining about the campus facilities which it said that the facilities is not worthy and hoped the universities committed in improving and adding some other supported facilities in order to simplify the process of learning and teaching on campus.
