Abstract Leadership is the most important factor in determining the progress and setbacks of a nation achievement in a vision and mission success, now the ability to be a leader is no longer a man's domain, as the leadership of Ratu Atut Chosiyah is the first woman governor in this Republic, during the period of her leadership in Banten Province has made much progress in various fields with many achievements and awards, such as from the President of Indonesia, Museum record of Indonesian (MURI), Ministry of Religious Affairs, Ministry of Home Affairs, Pesona Indonesia Foundation, and several other national institutions. It shows that the leadership of Ratu Atut Chosiyah is a commitment of a leader in order to be a role model for future leaders or another stakeholders. This research method is descriptive qualitative, its approach by looking two aspect of leadership styles between Leadership in Administration Function and style of Leadership in Public Function Manager. For the current, local government is needed for accelerated development and should be attend to the principle of cooperation and employees participates in the organization, and always make continual improvements due to build Banten province success is highly dependent of synergistic establishment between the government, parliament and participation of community.
