ABSTRACT This research is focusing on the discrimination on public service that has been experienced by the Dayak Indramayu inti tribe I Indramayu regional in the section of ID card making, education, marriage, and license making to do “Ngarak Putri Keraton” ceremony. Public service is a service that is guarantee the wealthiness for the society without differentiation, so that they can live better with the problem solving then their value of life are also increasing, Discrimination on Dayak Indramayu tribe shows that the public service is still discriminating. The significancy of this research is to find the forms, responds, and effects of the public service discrimination. This research is aiming on explaining the forms of discrimination, to find the respons and effects of the public service discrimination given to Suku Dayak Hindhu Budha Bumi Segandutribe in the making of ID card education, marriage, and license selection. This research is using public service and discrimination perspective, that all of it can be seen by variais aspects: discrimination type, cause of discrimination, responds of the discrited, effects of discrimination, and subtraction of discrimination this research is using qualitative method with phenomenology approach, an interpretative study on human experience. In data collection, this research is using primary and secondary data including observation, interview and documentation. This method will help research to explain forms of discrimination, knowing the responds done by the victims and finding the effects given by the Dayak Hindu Budha Bumi Segandu tribe in facing the discrimination on public service. Conclusion of the research shows that there are discrimination that’s been experienced by the Dayak tribe to access various public services. It’s happening because of various factors, such as : misguided statement by Indonesia Scholars Assembly, It’s prohibited to access ID card making service if they can not, ilfill religion column. Dayak tribe has no religion, they do beliefs, suggestions froms this reseach are : Frist, to create wealthiness of society, local government should more open and accept various beliefs of their citizens. Second, Indramayu “REMAJA” tagline “Religius, Mandiri Jaya and Sejahtera” suppose to make a harmony living. Third, Pengawas Aliran Kepercayaan Masyarakat “PAKEM” and other civil organization should be more objective, unintimidating, and interfere the governance in every decision they make or any wisdom given by the governance should be more objectives.
