Abstraksi In the current era every country must maintain national power, so they can survive in competition with another country. Population become ones of the most important factors in national power, or in the other word we can called birthrate. If a country have a low birth rate thats can weaken national power, so a country must stabilizing birth rate. Today Japan facing lowest birthrate of all time. Decline in birth rate in japan happened from world war 2 until this day. Observes said if japan can't solve birthrate, in 2060 Japan can lost 30% of their population. Every year japanese government make a policy to solve this problem, but in fact thats policy failed and rejection from japanese people or mass organization. Lowest birthrate in japan occur cause many factor like decrease in the desire to marry, high cost and living and japan and other. lowest birthrate can disturbing Japanese politic and econmic both domestic and foreign, we can see today in Japan domestic situation occurs labor shortage, thats situation make economic productivity in Japan decreased dramatically and many Japan corporation liquidate. Another case in foreign Japan with unstable economic condition they can't compete with other coumtry, for example we can see in senkaku case. In dispute situation with China, Japanese position less advantaged, cause China economic more better than Japan so they can control situation
