ABSTRACT Global influence on technology is advancing very rapidly and, as evidenced by the emergence of a new form of virtual world that offers a world of their own activities. No form of entertainment games online makes many people reluctant to turn away from the computer screen, so busy dwelling on the computer screen. Also did not escape the economic and social transactions that offer digital ideas, a digital coin as a form of digital currency in which the account symbol or exchange will be games that will be transformed into a marker of social status in virtual community. Pattern virtual transactions have hit some sectors, ranging from buying and selling through the virtual world, to get in on the discussion online games. Initially the needs of individuals who are non-basic, but increased to the needs of a new form of consumerism that proliferated in the virtual community as impulse or desire that could be considered false needs. This study starts from the pattern of descriptive qualitative research into the realm of what I took. At the start by following the patterns that occur in my case thoroughly and then I take the data with direct observation and interviews. So that we can tell the picture is in this study. Digital money is very influential when we go shopping or conducting activities in cyberspace, and transformed into a new form of social exchange symbolic value in it. Many forms of digital money was developed and has become a new lifestyle in the community. In the realm of online games there are demands to know and follow the pattern of the games offered by the manufacturer to recognize and consume digital money. Because seriously influence of digital money in the community, making the patterns more consumptive within community groups. Virtual community is aware of the online games especially the 3 forms of interpretation of the pattern - the pattern formed therein, and expanded on many factors evolve. Three forms of the meaning is, togetherness, trust, and competition. A community formed a unity in a variety of activities for a common purpose, so intertwined familiarity nice and he did not look at anyone. Confidence appears to be the existence of a bonding of the community. For the lovers of online games built trust is very important; if not they will get blacklisted from other players and will be shunned. Confidence needs to be built in to play, transact and others. Then the competition is outside the circle of existing community groups and as a builder of the spirit to outdo each other with each other between existing groups. From this competition, it sets up other patterns such as digital money transactions that occurred from each player; especially if not to be outdone by the other, they form consumerism. Of the existence of these three things came the opportunity to make use of eg see material advantage by selling coins or selling services in the online games. Welcome to new era virtual world.
