As a new management, they have given a target on GLZoo development. First entire, they found a threatened that have to be resolved immediately. Messy environment, low visitors, and lack of productivity, could be some barrier certainly. With their analysis, some problems have a center point, its called with compensation. Many variables did not received by the labour. By that, they have to restructuring the compensations decision. 79,16% GLZoo labour feel satisfied with new compensations. Some labour has expressing their happiness and comparing with old compensation. Rapid growth also shown by GLZoo. In this thesis, we can learn from the process of compensation development who taken by Buana Alam Tirta Company. The reseearch shown at least three points should to take.
