ABSTRACT Name : Faudzan Damar Pamungkas Departments : Communication Science Title : Strategi Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy of Djarum (Case Study: Corporate Social Responsibility Strategy of Djarum in 2011) This research discusses about Djarum’s Corporate Social Responsibility strategy in 2011, based on five stages of a good CSR that includes engagement, assessment, plan of action, action and facilitation and evaluation. This study uses a qualitative method with the approach of case study. The results of this research shows that Djarum implements CSR by establishing a foundation named Djarum Foundation, where there are five areas of focus in its activities. Those areas comprises of social, sports, environment, education and culture. In each program, Djarum Foundation is always based on its four pillars: good intentions, sensitivity to the surrounding environment, the balance of ecological and economic achievements, and sustainability principles.
