Ilmu Administrasi Negara)This study examines the quality of public service on advertisement in Badan Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Perijinan (BPMPP) Kota Cirebon. Quality of public service advertisement in this study was measured through accountability, responsiveness, and responsibility held by the Badan Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Perijinan (BPMPP) Kota Cirebon. The purpose of this research was to describe the quality of the public service advertisement in Badan Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Perijinan (BPMPP) Kota Cirebon, exploring the factors that can hinder the process of service provision permitting advertisement. This research utilize a qualitative descriptive approach to the type of case study research. This research intensively background and problems examined in depth, as well as the overall interaction of social units that are the object of research by technical field research thoroughly and systematically and supported by the research literature and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that service quality permit advertisement in the Badan Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Perijinan (BPMPP) Kota Cirebon is running well, driven by the presence of high accountability to the public are indicated by the presence of transparency procedures and requirements, legal certainty and equal rights ( justice ). High responsiveness to community needs in the licensing service advertisement, shown by the strategic planning programs such as proactive programs. And high responsibility of the presence of implementation services that adhere to the advertisement licensing procedures ( SOP ).
