The purpose of this study was to determine how the accessibility of facilities and service attitude Transjogja officer. The research method used is a type of descriptive qualitative research with phenomenological approach. Data obtained using interviews and participant observation techniques. Accessibility of facilities and service attitude Transjogja officers studied and observed by various phenomena experienced by disabled people when it comes in contact with these aspects. Accessibility of facilities associated with the fulfillment of three main elements, namely the ease of accessibility, safety, and independence. While officers Transjogja service attitude with regard to sense of hospitality and care. The research concludes that the facility is not accessible Transjogja and attitude of service personnel has not been fully empathy for the disabled condition. It can be seen from the facility has not met the three elements of accessibility, the design of the facility is not in accordance with the technical requirements, and the design of the facilities created difficulties for the disabled when using such Transjogja pavement surface is damaged and unstable, steep ramp, narrow shelter, means of information which is not accessible handicapped blind, ticket gates can not be bypassed wheelchair, officers who do not care attitude toward customers Transjogja, the platform gap, and the lack of specialized training for officers in serving the disabled Transjogja. Recommendations which can be researchers give to Transjogja is to reform and adjustments facilities, involving disabilities in planning and monitoring the quality of Transjogja, provide training to officers handling Transjogja disabilities, build awareness and consensus about the importance of government and the public transportation system for the disabled at the same time eliminate the stigma that people with disabilities is a small part of the community.
