Abstract As large companies, PT. Badak NGL has liabilities in corporate responsibility in accordance with the regulations contained in the set of social and environmental responsibility for the company as stipulated in UU PT No. 40 year 2007 clause 74 and binding regulations state-owned enterprises (BUMN), as well as a ministerial decree BUMN Per-05/MBU/2007 about community development partnership program. In 2012 PT. Badak NGL get proper gold award from the Ministry of Environment in safeguarding biodiversity and community developmentin the form of community development programs with efforts to develop the cultivation of mangrove in the group Tani Lestari Indah. This group is trained partners PT. Badak NGL, which focuses on the empowerment of group members in the welfare of its member through the efforts are largely a female member. Based on proper appreciation of gold in 2012 to PT. Badak NGL in community empowerment programs in the cultivation of mangroves, this study tried to determine the extent of the mangrove conservation programs have an impact on female member of the group Tani Lestari Indah. Purpose of this study was determine the impact of community empowerment in the implementation of CSR PT. Badak NGL in the improvement of human resources, revenue, participation, and self-reliance of women member of the group Tani Lestari Indah. Literature review in this study focuses on the concept of empowerment in an effort to assist communities in developing their own ability to solve problems that are free and make their own decisions, especially for women. Realized with the participation of female empowerment and independence of women in the sense of being able to take decisions concerning themselves and their communities and are able to develop their potential capacity towards a better life. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods to provide insight and a broader overview and in-depth study of the object to be studied. Research sites in mangrove conservation group Tani Lestari Indah the unit of 4 analysis consists of 2 board, 8 members, 1 partner community development facilitator coordinator PT. Badak NGL, and the local community. Techniques of data collection was done by observation, interview and documentation. Problems are studied on the impact of women‟s empowerment for member of the group Tani Lestari Indah the increase in revenue, participation, and self-reliance of women members. The results showed an increase in human resource capacity of women members in the activities of mangrove conservation productivity and increased revenue of group Tani Lestari Indah a group of women members in fulfillment of the basic needs of each family member. Participation of women members is still not optimally distributed within the group‟s involvement. Female members of the group Tani Lestari Indah not have decisive control in decision-making related to the management system and the management group. Lack of independence and participation of women members in the group‟s activities have hampered the involvement of women members to actualize her potential and develop optimally.
