ABSTRACT Scholarship is a student development program obtained to make students continue their studies, either in the form fresh money , seminars and training . In addition to supporting educational expenses , scholarships are also a tribute to a group of students because there are scholarships gained over a person's achievements. Scholarship offers at the university is so large and has diverse kind , there are scholarships for students in any conditions which are students who had inadequate financial , also for students who had outstanding academic award. The benefits were diverse, ranging from fresh money, training, tuition benefits , and others , and it also comes with the opportunity to build a network of scholarship obtained . This research is about evaluation of the scholarship program provided by Bank Indonesia, in terms of planning , governance, and sustainability of its scholarship by using the Logical Framework Approach as an analytical formulation of the scholarship evaluation. Gadjah Mada University manages dozens of scholarships for bachelor’s degree students each year. One of the scholarship providers from both state-owned and private companies . These companies proclaiming to give attention to the world of education . For example through the scholarship program that made its Corporate Social Responsibility ( CSR ) . One of them is Bank Indonesia ( BI ) , which has become a provider of scholarship at Gadjah Mada University since 2005 . Governance of Bank Indonesia at UGM scholarship governed by the Directorate of Student Affairs ( Dirmawa ) , and for the sustainability of the scholarship , Bank Indonesia established a forum for the grantees called GENBI (Generasi Baru Indonesia). Results of this study are to criticize the scholarship’s governance by taking the example of Bank Indonesia and advise how good scholarship should be, especially in the aspect of sustainability, and how should the role of scholarship provider in the process of implementing the program .
