Various findings emerged in response to the demands of ease communication process. Internet is the most powerful, global and revolutionary invention along history. In contrast to television and radio, increasing of internet audience in a short time shows how powerful and influential the internet for human life. Internet comes with an interactive platform which makes globalization becomes very dynamic. Its existence requires professionals of public relation to be more flexible towards any form of change, including the interactivity utilizing the internet to reach out the public. The existence of Internet benefits the corporate, but, it can turn in to negative effect if the utilization is not well-managed. Therefore, the complexity of internet certainly challenges every corporate, include Trans TV as a broadcast media corporate. To maximize the functionality of the Internet for corporate development, public relation of Trans TV running a program namely Management Cyber PR program. Through this program, Trans TV PR attempt to utilize the function of internet interactivity. Using descriptive case study method, this research is trying to describe and analyze how Public Relations (PR) of Trans TV face the effect of internet and how do they Manajemen Cyber PR on their programs. The result elicits that PR of Trans TV knows that internet can help them to improve their corporate’s target, such as image, awareness, loyality, excellent service, ’below the line’ activity and good relationship to stakeholders. Although there are some factors causing the Manajemen Cyber PR programs not to run in a maximum way, the programs already give good effect for the corporate. PR of Trans TV can do Manajemen Cyber PR in effective and effisien ways. It can be seen from the lower promotion cost, increasing public knowledge about company and the products of Trans TV and other positive effect which can increase the company productivity.
