As the results, media industry faces changing business of media. Acquisitions and mergers across media platforms which has lead to concentration of media ownership is happening. Within the tight competition in media industry, media giantsseek to maximize profit and reduce costs by improving efficiency.Therefore, the process of media conglomeration usually followed by another process: convergence, which makes conventional media boundaries increasingly blurred. This condition applies in general, including in Indonesia. Media corporations in Indonesia are now growinglarger in size and continue to integrating its owned media. Media Nusantara Citra (MNC), the largest media group in Indonesia, has a different strategy in integrating its media business. In 2011, the group introduced Sindo Media as a form of its media integration. The process of formation, the brand equation, and itsunique structure within MNC group makes the processes and practices of mediaconvergence in Sindo Media interesting to study. This study attempts to describe the convergence of media in Sindo Media. It is focused on the practice of SindoMedia convergence formed within MNC group. To investigate the convergence of practices, the researcher raisesa question on how the practice of media convergence withinSindo Media in 2011- 2012. This is a case study research. In investigating convergence practice accros platform in Sindo Media group, researchers looked from the perspective of media content production management. The results showed that the convergence in the Sindo Media is now still growing. Cross-media integration withinSindo Media has reached the stage of collaboration, but single coordination have not been formed yet. Each crew of media, especially reporters, equipped with multiplatform skills to be able to write and report to multiple media platforms at once. It is because media within Sindo Media have policies that allow media to assign reporters from another media within the group, in a content production for particular media platform. NotonlyinSindo Media, the results of research showed that such forms of cooperation also commonwithintheMNCgroup. Keywords: convergence, Sindo Media, MNC, media sinergy, content production management
