ABSTRACT The development of new media that is currently very fast directly influence people's lifestyle, especially in the field of marketing. The process of buying and selling products that take place in everyday life has now shifted from traditional media to new media. The use of new media as an intermediary for marketing activities into a new alternative to the survival of a business. The presence of new media has changed the way marketers how to implement and design the overall business strategy. This is indirectly changed the consumer behavior in obtaining the required products. The market is getting closer to the digital world, as well as consumers who are connected to each other. Facing an increasingly open market mechanisms and the competitive, causing market share to be one prerequisite to improve the competitiveness among all competitors. Therefore the role of communication technology is indispensable in encouraging marketers success in expanding its market reach through the use of new media. Phenomenon that is now taking place as a result of the presence of new media in the marketing chain termination that has occurred very substantial intermediary between wholesalers to retailers or consumers. So it means that the marketers can market their products more effectively and efficiently through new media without having to pay more for its marketing activities. Now almost all organizations or business units have been using new media as the media berkomunikasinya, one of which is in the boutique business. Interactive facilities offered by the new media to be one of its main advantages. Where it allows the two-way communication between the marketer and its customers. The advantage is that the main attraction for boutique businesses so that decide to use the new media as a marketing communication media.
