Efektifitas krim Butenafin 1 dibanding Krim Bifonsol 1 pada pengobatan Tinea Krusis :: Uji Klinis buta ganda

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas yang dinilai dari perbaikan nilai klinis dan kesembuhan mikologis krim butenafin 1% dibanding krim bifonasol 1% pada pengobatan tinea kniris. Rancangan penelitian uji klinis acak buta ganda dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini. Subyek ditempatkan secara acak berdasarkan tabel random, Krim dioleskan sekali sehari selama dua minggu. Pengukuran nilai klinis, pemeriksaan mikroskopis dengan KOH dan kultur dilakukan untuk menilai efektifitas terapi. Analisis statistik Mann-JWtney test dan cki-square test digunakan untuk menilai hasil pengobatan. Efektifitas krim butenafin 1% dibanding krim bifonasol 1%, 94,12% banding 95,59% (p=l,000), rerata jumlah nilai klinis 0,61 banding 0,63 (p=0,591), kesembuhan mikologis 94,1% bmiding 95,6% {p=l,000). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: perbaikan klinis, kesembuhan mikologis dan efektifitas krim butenafin 1% sekali sehari selama dua minggu setara dengan krim bifonasol 1% sekali sehari selama dua minggu pada pengamatan minggu ke dua.

The aim of the study is to asses the effectiveness based on clinical improvement and mycological cure rate of topical 1% butenafine cream, compare with the effectiveness of topical 1% bifonazole cream. A randomized double blind clinical trial was performed. Subjects were randomly selected to apply butenafine or bifonazole once-daily for 14 days. The clinical appearance, microscopic slide and culture were examined to assess the effectiveness therapy. The statistical analysis Mann-Whitney test and chi-square test were performed to assess the result of treatments. The treatment effectiveness of 1% butenafine cream compare with 1% bifonazole cream were 94.12% vs 95.59% {p=1.000), clinical appearance 0.61 vs 0.63 {p=0.591) and mycological cure rate 94.1% vs 95.6% (p=1.000). The results of the study are the clinical improvement, the mycological cure rate and the effectiveness of ihQ topical application of 1% butenafine cream once daily for two weeks is similar with topical application of 1% bifonazole cream once daily for two weeks, on day 14*^ evaluation.
