Abstract Disaster management policy is one thing that goes in the disaster management frame work. One of them is post disaster resetllement program.Relocation program is a long process that goes in disaster management within the framework op post disaster reconstruction. Made by the goverment relocation program, sometimes have impact in the comunity.positif or negative impact. This could be due to lack of goverment understand with comunity characteristics that will apply policies.this study discusses the social and economic impact of post disaster relocation program in the village of Tieng. To discuss how the social and economic impacts that occur in rural comunities in Tieng, used six aspect of the indicator, demography, public health, social relations, changes in revenues, business opportunities and employement patterns. Type of research is descriptive qualitative evaluation method. Based on the findings of the field unknown that post disaster relocation program varied impact on social and economic conditions. The positive impact of the program is the relocation of the safety and health hazards and aspects of society.While the negative aspects are emerging comunity jealousy among both the location of the relocation or off site relocation. Both it is still the anxiety and discomfort associated population turnover of soil in relocation. Key Word : Disaster, Relocation Program, Social and economics impact
