Social campaign is certainly done by an organization to achieve its objectives. One is the social campaign conducted Bank Sampah by Paguyuban Bengkel Kesehatan Lingkungan (Kesling). The campaign aims to apply the traditional waste management systems into the management system of Bank Sampah. The beginning of a campaign by Paguyuban Bengkel Kesling is not immune from the identification of existing problems. so another goal with this campaign as well as to resolve or minimize problems in the problem identification stage. But in practice, not all campaigns run smoothly, there are obstacles and hurdles a challenge in a campaign. Until the end point of the campaign can be concluded about the indicators of the success of a campaign. From the results of this study showed a success indicator Workshop held by Pagyuban Bengkel Kesling in running a campaign. This indicator issues one of which is the completion of garbage that accumulate in Badegan, as well as the shift in people's attitudes Badegan in managing waste through Bank Sampah management system, although the communication aspect of the Bank Sampah campaign carried out by Paguyuban Bengkel Kesling is otherwise not very successful because there are some aspects of communication less successful.
