ABSTRACT Promotion through the internet is an easy and convenient way to promote, because the whole world can see and receive information. The use of the internet continues to increase each year and reach the entire world. Consumers prefer to search the internet for information retrieval rather than buying online. In addition to the website, visitors can also get information through social networks, one of which is facebook. In tourism in Indonesia, Facebook has been used by governments as a means to publicize the tourist objects owned. Indonesia.Travel account is part of the strategy of development of Indonesia's tourism promotion to the domestic and international markets. The purpose of this study to determine how the user satisfaction facebook page as one of the media promotion of tourism by the Government of Indonesia. This research method uses quantitative research methods. Data obtained through user surveys and content analysis conducted by researchers themselves. The Government considered quite capable of doing the publication of information through social networks tourism. However, these conditions do not occur in the service interaction. Information provided to meet the needs of the users. Interest the users to pay a visit can not be separated from several things, among other needs, user satisfaction and decision to visit. The three form an indication that the user who needs fulfilled means having a certain satisfaction. Basic satisfaction depends on the quality of products and services offered to the user to make ends meet. Users Satisfied means assessing products and services that have been used quite well. Because it is from the interaction of information and services provided are considered quite good. Under these conditions, the user has visited decisions.So overall government through Indonesia.Travel can be quite capable of utilizing facebook for promotional activities.
