Occurrences budget hotels, economic hotel, and medium hotel operator sporadically made hospitality industry competition in Indonesia becomes more intense. To face the changes, the management of PT Hotel Indonesia Natour (Persero) is required to find a policy that is intended to maintain the organization in running the business well. One of the measures taken by the PT Hotel Indonesia Natour (Persero) for the challenges of the business is to make changes/revitalization in its business. Revitalization requires a flow of information to be able to understand and run entirely by the personnel of PT Hotel Indonesia Natour (Persero). This study tries to describe how internal communications made by Manpower Department in the introduction of internal policies Inna Garuda Hotel which is part of PT Hotel Indonesia Natour (Persero) participated in the revitalization of a policy of PT Hotel Indonesia Natour (Persero) within in 500 Days of Change program. In this case, the Division of Manpower Department Inna Garuda Hotel building a harmonious relationship with employees. Employees are an important component for the Inna Garuda Hotel, which is a pillar in the management, as a corporate point of contact, and as a pillar of the organization. This means that the Hotel Inna Garuda acknowledge the involvement and contribution of employees is very large in the growth process of the organization. Based on the explanation above, it appears that the employees are very vital role in the organization. At this point, the employee communications (employee communication) being a good role in 500 Days of Change program to ensure that employees are well informed and understand the revitalization program PT HIN (Persero) as a whole. At the Inna Garuda Hotel, employee communication activities (employee communication) within 500 Days of Change program is built well enough, but there are still some shortcomings from the employee Inna Garuda Hotel itself. Broadly speaking, there is congruence between the findings in the field with the theory advanced. Program implementation team 500 Days of Change in Inna Garuda Hotel follow the various stages mentioned, ranging from education and training programs, program achievement motivation achievement, award programs, special event programs, internal communications and media programs.
