ABSTRACT In this research, process evaluation of implementation OVOP movement to develop tofu industry in Magelang, there will descripe the process of implementation OVOP movement to develop tofu industry in Magelang. In the implementation of OVOP Movement, it will descripe about the process appropriate as OVOP Movement principle, wich in every city have their own application depends of the cities characteristic. So we can see from the result of the implementation process of OVOP Movement in Magelang has been work as the purpose, the product result is city brand product. The OVOP Movement which implemented in Magelang has been produce the local brand product and that is the tofu crispy chips, that being the cities brand of Magelang. From the process implementation of OVOP Movement in develop tofu industry in Magelang, we can evaluate the process using the indicator from evaluation characteristic. From analysis of the evaluation, we can conclude the process is working or not.
