ABSTRACT This research is developed from the thoughts of how Bali Safari and Marine Park struggles to enter the local communities, which have different cultures from Bali Safari and Marine Park. This research uses descriptive case study model from qualitative method to explain the phenomena between Bali Safari and Marine Park with local communities. The goal of this research is to explain how Bali Safari and Marine Park runs the community relations program with cultural approach to keep the local communities’ support. System theory explains about how every part of the system has an important position in stabilizing the system. Bali Safari and Marine Park as a newcomer should enter the local communities to run their duty as a part of the environmental system. The fact is Bali Safari and Marine Park uses cultural approach in community relations program not just to run their duty for the system, but also to run their goal to develop local communities for mutual benefits, explained from the activities that they run with the local communities also give advantages for Bali Safari and Marine Park. Actually, that mutual relationship is a usual thing that runs between the company and the local communities. This mutual relationship that takes part from three local communities’ system will also stress the company. Even more, Bali Safari and Marine Park has a different culture with the local community. Although Bali Safari and Marine Park already tries to learn and run the Balinese culture, but still there are much misunderstandings between them. Therefore, Bali Safari and Marine Park still needs to learn Balinese culture more and apply the Balinese culture within the community relations.
