These changes make the learning organization needs to do in order to fix the problem and can improve the quality of services provided. RSU eagle image is one that changes from the Hospital Clinic and Maternity Hospital to General Hospital to make learning as a way for them to make changes and mlayani pelaanan demand in the field of health . The concept used in this study refers to the dimension of the Learning Organization by Peter Senge dikemukanan the Personal Skills (Personal Mastery) that is able to identify the level of skills / expertise or area specific skills of the individual. Mental Model (Mental Models) is a mindset that can affect the way we perceive the world around, and how to do things / acts. Learning Team (Team Learning), Skills group that emphasizes the process of interaction and capacity building to create learning groups. Vision Shared (Shared Vision), Skills for digging along a desired future that can inspire commitment and role in the organization. Thinking Systems (Systems Thinking), ie a conceptual framework emphasizes the concept of systemic thinking in the work that can make the whole pattern of clear and helpful how changes can be done effectively. In this research uses descriptive qualitative research method, the technique of collecting data through direct observation, in-depth interview with Eagles Foundation Image and employees Rajawali Citra General Hospital, and The review of written documentation. The application of the concept of Learning Organization in the General Hospital eagle image is done by applying the dimensions of Learning Organization. The dimensions of individual expertise Hospital provides several workshops and seminars for employees to increase employee knowledge, the dimension of the program is to replace mental hospitals several times its organizational structure so that the organization is growing, Dimensions of Learning team at this hospital represented by the Foundation team and heads part of routine coordination, Dimensional Vision Shared on hospital patient safety was a declaration that was signed by all employees, and Dimension systems thinking adaa problem solving becomes the main thing is how organizations resolve the issue. Learning is the hospital's commitment to enhance the organization's ability to adapt to changes in the internal and external.
