Citra Panji Manunggal, in particular on the EPC Pipeline for LTRO project. The purpose of this research is to know the leadership attitude and participation of the organization in PT. Citra Panji Manunggal, in particular on the EPC Pipeline for LTRO project. In addition, it can also provide feedback to optimize the performance of the leadership and participation of all sections or units within organizations at Citra Panji Manunggal, in particular on the project Pipeline for LTRO EPC. This research used the qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Qualitative descriptive methods of collecting and compiling the existing facts and then the data is analyzed and interpreted. The results of this research are the leadership shown by Mr. Wahyu in the EPC Pipeline for LTRO project lead included in this type of leadership is the purpose (path-goal theory), meaning a leader with the ability to motivate and give satisfaction in the performance of his work. Organizational participation demonstrated by all elements of the project, either from the President or to the project manager for project workers indicate the effectiveness of the participation of the organization.
