This study is aimed to determine about why there is different treatment between industrial sectors in general and some service sectors such as telecommunication; real estate; construction; and media. Thaksin showed steps that tend to support the expansion of MNCs’ role, but he was very protective for the four service sectors. It is also very important to analyze whether the different treatment indicates the specific impact to Thailand’s industrialization in general.
