Submission of information can now be done easier and quicker over the internet. The development of communication technology through internet has changed the way a company works. With internet, there’s an expansion of information through online media in a company. The uniqueness of internet’s lies in it’s efficiency as a medium, but the essence of the overall communications and journalism in particular, unchanged. Total E& P Indonesie (TEPI), as a multinational oil& gas company, also utilizing this internet technology in their internal information’s distribution through an internal media. TEPI Rectoverso, as one of TEPI’s internal media, is an electronic newsletter to inform TEPI’s internal employee about business and operational activity of TEPI. This research aims to determining how online media management process of TEPI Rectoverso, as an internal online media, and also to know the process of news production of TEPI Rectoverso. Beside that, this research also wants to find out how a foreign company manages its internal media in an online format. This research expected to become a learning medium for the readers to obtain various information and additional knowledge about editorial management in internalonline media. With a descriptive qualitative approach in case study methods, this research will describe how is the process of editorial management in internalonline media, then drawn conclusions of this phenomenon.
