Globalization era makes decision making process in a state increasingly complex because of the increasing numbers of actor involved. Their involvement make compromise more difficult to achieve because of mandatory complience the interest of various actors. One of the actors who play more dominant role is interset group through interset articulation process. Interset group especially business group actions is entered to all lines of government and utilize their resources to give the highest bid for policy maker so that their interest will be accommodate. Most research focuses on the influence of interest group action in legislative, but in domestic issue like economy, executive was the one who played more important role in policy making process. Some cases such as Corporate Tax Reform and Financial Reform in the United States shows the successful of business group to influence executive. The success encouraged acumen of business group to manage their demand, the ability of Geithner team to dominate issue and also Geithner team dependency to business group to get support from public to keep their position exist.
