Konflik Kepentingan Cina – Amerika Serikat Dalam Proses Pembentukan FTAAP : Free Trade Area Of The Asia Pasific

In the midst of the current global trend, there is a great number of various effort that has been done by countries all over the world in order to build economic integration. Several of them are Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and Regional Trading Agreements (RTAs). FTAAP (Free Trade Area of The Asia Pacific) is one of many products that been created by APEC (Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation). It was originated and proposed by ABAC (APEC Business Advisory Council) in 2004 in order to resolve the confusion of a large number of FTAs in the Asia Pacific area. Over the past several years, FTAAP has been a great debate between China and United States on how they should respond to the idea of FTAAP.
