Aging Population dan Kaitannya dengan Gender Equality di Jepang

2011 | Skripsi | Ilmu Hubungan InternasionalThis thesis has main purpose to explain the relevance between demographic phenomenon which is known as aging population in Japan and the spirit of gender equality amongst her career women. This thesis try to answers some questions like: What is aging population and how this problem occurred in Japan? What's the impact of aging population? How is social system in Japan ( including patriarchy and capitalism in companies )? How do career women in Japan ( including the couple of barriers and conditions they have to face )?. All the answers will point to one conclusion, that is the extreme way women chose to defend their rights due to many discriminations they got, eventually lead to decreasing of total fertility rate and aging population. This thesis use feminism theory especially liberal and social feminism with qualitative technique in analyzing data ( though of course statistic data are also needed ).
