The problem of terrorism is at peak when the September 11st of 2001, where a group of people stole the US-owned civilian planes and crashed them into a building owned by the American pride, the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. Immediately, it became an issue of global terrorism, and the U.S.government invited the international community to jointly combat terrorism. This is what later became the starting point for Indonesia to be involved in efforts to combat terrorism, when a human bomb and car bomb detonated in front of a night club area of Kuta, Bali. Night full of night life where most visitors to the place are foreigners. And when the explosion was occured immediately paralyzed the reagion, victims numbered in the hundreds of people has resulted losing the trust of foreigners toward Indonesia, some countries like the U.S and Australia provide policy Travel Warning and Travel Ban for citizens who wish to visit Indonesia. Tourism Sector in an instant death, the impact of economic, security, social, must be faced by the government and people of Indonesia. By looking at the circumstances that must be borne, in which the tourism sector is the leading sectors of Indonesia on the island of Bali. The government then pursue policies relating to improvement of the tourism image in the eyes of the world.
