The problems of women exclusion from public arena are the global problems that occur all over the world. From the underdeveloped countries to developed countries, women are the actually the victim of all form of man oppression. Surprisingly, this condition also occurred in United States of America—the place where the ideas of equality are promoted. Women are remaining still invisible in public sphere. The public spheres are dominated with male value which ignore the present of feminine value. The Congress of United States of America is one of the public sphere that dominated by male value. Even though the government has issued the policy to increase women‟s representatives in Congress, women are still underrepresented in Congress. The Congress is still remaining the male bastion. Female candidate are suffered more than male candidate. Female candidate had to put more effort and struggle harder than male candidate. Due to the reason that black holes are lies in every election process: the party support, fundraising, and media coverage.
