China has rapidly grown in economics. China now has massive number in treasuries. Those things establish a complex relation between China with any other entity, including with The United States (US). There will always be potential risks between China-US relation and even worst, when at 2008 Global Financial Crisis appeared. That pushed US to prove the obligation and China rises to be the biggest owner of US obligations. This research will show us how China use its potential resources to be in the position as the biggest owner of US obligations, to control any frictions that China may faces to the US. It refers to protectionism, spying activities, protecting value of yuan, and increasing China’s bargaining position toward US and international order.
