Interpol is the second largest International Organization in the world after the United Nations. Ist prove that Therefore Interpol has a very Important role in international relations. Interpol’s role as a forum for co-ordination of police members countries in the world, in dealing with transnational crime. One of the main issu in Interpol is Drugs. Therefore Interpol’s also has a role especially in handling transnational crime associated with drugs problem as an exemple illicit drugs trafficking. International Regimes is an arrangements that more specific and related activities, resources, or specific geographic areas that clearly and often involve only some members of the international community. But International regime can be weakened due to because the anachy system in International environment. Therefore the highest authority is obviously in the hands of the state or as in other words “state sovereignty. This thesis writing through research and collecting data from the NCB-Interpol Indonesia, this is because NCBInterpol Indonesia as a case study in the writing of this thesis. in the analysis of this thesis will be proved that the regime is weak so that Interpol does not seriously affect the role of NCBInterpol Indonesia on overcoming transnational crime. And to show how weak is the ICPOInterpol, that will be analysis in several factors.
