Argentina and the Peronist group are things that cannot be separate in Argentina politics nowadays. They have become an important political pressure group in Argentina’s government. Born in Juan Peron’s era and grow up significantly during Carlos Menem terms, they took a significant role in 2001 crisis management policy. This research will show us how the Peronist group choose their strategy in maintaining their interest in Argentina’s politics. The 2001 crisis as a political struggle between interest groups in Argentina show how the Peronist group shifted their strategy in order to defend their position in dominating Argentina’s policy.
