At the change of political constellation in 1986, the Communist Party of Vietnam (PKV) implementing free market reforms known as Doi Moi (Renovation). Vietnam Economic rapid growth in agricultural production and industrial, construction and housing, exports and foreign investment. Doi Moi has managed to transform Vietnam from a closed economic system adherents into a market economy system. The issue that arises is how the application of two opposing ideologies are political influence in Vietnam. There should also be noted about the economic reforms in Vietnam, the process and also the accompanying debate.
