Customer relations is a public relations activities aimed at maintaining good relations with customers, hence creating a positive image of a company before the customer and will lead to a belief in and loyalty to the company. BTPN that has a core business of retirees would be able to maintain it’s customers who have a character that retirees tend to be unique. Advantages and disadvantages of retirees should be able to be understood that the handling of it’s customers could be accomplished in accordance with customer wishes, which is mostly a group of elderly. The main activity of BTPN Customer Relations is to get and to care the customer (akuisisi and retention). The various activities have been undertaken by BTPN in maintaining good relations with the retirees. This absolutely must be done because retirees who are loyal customers are a very important asset for survival BTPN. Growing number of retirees each year also must be balanced by the increase in the BTPN service includes strong customer relations.
