This undergraduate thesis is about the success and the failure of Palestine-Israel negotiations to solve their conflicts, those have been taking place for more than 50 years. Oslo Negotiation in 1993 was the culmination point for both sides. The internal and external conditions of both sides enabled to create a momentum in negotiating, so that the negotiation was success to reach an agreement called Declarations of Principles. Then, the agreement becomes the foundation of the next negotiations. In other hand, the negotiation was also perceived being failed because of the security factors after the negotiation. The next negotiations are Wye Plantation Summit in 1998, The Sharm El Sheikh Summit in 1999, The Camp David Summit in 2000, and the Annapolis Conference in 2007. All of the negotiations after the Oslo Agreement are perceived being failed. There are some factors that influence the failure of negotiations after Oslo Agreement, such as; the internal politics in either Palestine or Israel, there are not warranty for better future, the U.S. double standard, and the misinterpretations of the principles in negotiations.
