Energy security being one of the main point for any countiesy, it helps to achieve the political economy stability. The capability of China to meet the energy’s supplies and demands makes China be able to accomplish its prosperity. The China’s dependency of fossil energy effected China to transform the energy development into the alternatives energy. The interdependence situation inspires China to decrease its dependence of fossil energy, furthermore China is making the world being addicted to the China’s industrial products. In order that, China aims to rise the bargaining position to the world. Nuclear energy development is supposed to answer the China’s energy needs. Besides, China wants to strengthen its domestic soft power or international either.
