Human being have to protect human rights If human being do not protect the human rights, it will damage the order of life. Problems in Southern Thailand have happened since early of 19 century. Thaksin’s emergency policy to solve the Southern Thailand’s problem did work. The conflict escalation and the victims of the conflict in period of Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra increased. Amnesty International said that this period is the worst period for human right and make Thailand unstable. Unsolved problem and bad record of human right in Southern Thailand become one of many factors that caused coup in Thailand in September 2006.
