ASEAN Economic Community is an end goal of Economic Integration of South East Asian Nation. The ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) embodies the realisation of ASEAN’s aspirations of a stable, prosperous and highly competitive region, functioning as a single market and production base by 2020, in which there is a free flow of goods, services and skilled labour, and a free flow of capital, along with equitable economic development and reduced poverty and socio-economic disparities within and across its Member Countries. For member country like Thailand, AEC is full of benefit for fill domestic interest. One of major interest is increasing benefit of international trade, skill labour and attract more foreign direct investment from developed countries by economic integration under AEC concecion. Domestic factor is one of main factor of the policy input. The need of economic integration with difference perspectifs by each domestic actor make strong preassure and demand in conversion process to decision maker policy. At last, the Thailand policy to press another country in ASEAN to fast the economic integration process is legally released. Another fact of its policy is Thaksin Shinawatra factor. Beside his capacity by Prime Minister of Thailand, Thaksin is one of major domestic enterpreneur Thailand. The fact that AEC is full of benefit for entrepreneur make Thailand policy to press another country to fast economic integration under AEC is favoured by entrepreneur group of Thailand that including Thaksin’s Shin Corporation. Therefore the Thailand policy to accelerate AEC is realized an policy that full of domestic interest and entrepreneur influences.
