ABSTRACT Democratic Party (PD) Bone Bolango can be said of the political contestants are remarkable and most successful in Gorontalo province on the legislative elections (pileg) 2014. This predicate based on a number of reasons, including success in achieving significantly enhancing seats in the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) Bone Bolango in pileg 2014, amid the problems engulfing the party that decrease the amount of noise both at the national as well as a number of regions in Indonesia. The condition was aggravated by disagreements over signaled the presence of anti-party sentime problem in this research. The use of keywords winnings strategy in the formulation of the problem is the entrance to see the extent of the institutional, other hand, the opportunist character strategy still used by the candidate. These findings also reinforce the assumption that the PD is not a programmatic party, which of course is not institutionalized well.
