Buzzer dan Jaringannya:(Analisis Jaringan Hyperlink Akun Twitter @panca66 dalam Pilkada 2015 di Tangerang Selatan

ABSTRACT The current developments of new media in political communication possess huge influence upon the competitiveness of politic in Indonesia. Social media is one of the most favorable new media to be functioned as politic tools. Upon the realization of such kind condition, Commission of General Election (KPU) made a new law about social media campaign on General Election of Regional Chief (PILKADA) year 2015. The increasing use of social media at the moment of Election of Regional Chief increase the numbers of political social media account. The account @panca66 is one of highly active political social media account which rise as buzzer for candidate Ikhsan-Li collaboration for Election of Regional Chief of South Tangerang year 2015. Together with the existence of this twitter account, an extra in political competitiveness arise in the election of South Tangerang region since this election creates a spotlight in the netizen’s eyes. The HNA (Hyperlink Network Analysis) method and application based on Microsoft Excel, NodeXL is used to see how the network from @panca66 has huge popularity in virtual world. The research results found that @panca66 is the most influential and important actor in the spread of information on its network on General Election of Regional Chief of South Tangerang year 2015 and the research result is based on four (4) measurement; degree, closeness, betweenness and eigenvector. The network of @panca66 possessing all pattern of all channel. The relation existence of several other important actor in the network reach the actors outside the network core of @panca66 which form 15 groups then divided to several N-Clique, fan motif, and connector Keyword: HNA, NodeXL, communication network, political communication, buzzer
