ABSTRACT “I am a Woman Against Corruption” – “Saya, Perempuan Anti Korupsi!” (SPAK), was launched by Indonesia’s Corruption Eradication Commission (Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi, KPK), in partnership with Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Justice (AIPJ) as a social campaign program on anti-corruption behavior in the form of social movement. This movement was deliberately formed by KPK as a state institution to intervene the women to be actively involved in the corruption prevention efforts in Indonesia. As one of the forms of public communication, the success of a campaign program is determined by a series of systematic and comprehensive campaign management processes. The campaign management in this research is seen both from the practical standpoint, which includes planning, implementation, and evaluation process, and the strategic one, in the period of April 2014 – April 2016. This strategic standpoint is in accordance with the women’s roles in the social system in Indonesia that underlying the formation of this movement and the environmental conditions in Indonesia that support the existence of SPAK. This research conducted by using the case study method with interviews, observations, and document tracking as data collection techniques. Although there are strategic aspects in this study, but the main focus remains to the practical aspects of the social campaign management on anti-corruption behavior in SPAK movement. These strategic aspects appear based on the findings and analysis conducted by the researcher toward the practical aspects of this campaign management.
