Implikasi Gerakan Jogja Ora Didol terhadap Penetapan Agenda Kebijakan di Kota Yogyakarta

ABSTRACT The main objective of this study was to determine how the movement "Jogja Ora didol" the determination of the policy agenda in the city of Yogyakarta. This study also shed light on the background to the movement "Jogja Ora didol" and how the actors in the networking movement, raising activities and constructing discourse then campaigned creatively to counter approach to development in the city of Yogyakarta. Theories about Social Movements, Collective Property, Discourse / Discourse Foucault and Policy Agenda needed to be able to explain the focus of this study. In methodology, this study uses qualitative analysis techniques through the collection of data from the literature and interviews with sources that are part of the movement, or policy making authority. The results of this study indicate that the social movements carried out by members that are diverse in terms of background or intellectual abilities, which then launched a movement made with creative ways, such as connecting the artwork and intellectual work of others, and jmampu construct counter-discourse legitimate and science-based to counter the development discourse of the government which is then distributed to the various strategies, either through action, public discussions, the media spotlight and also utilize various media publications on the Internet, was successfully implications of setting a policy agenda in the city of Yogyakarta.
