Pembentukan Kelas Kapitalis Transnasional dalam Politik Bioethanol Brazil

ABSTRACT This Thesis describes and analyses the transnational capitalist class formation and strategies optimalizing the development of bioethanol industry as a means to reach capital accumulation. Research datas obtained from various literature related with Brazil bioethanol industry limited by which tenure of Fernando Henrique Cardoso and Lula Da Silva was exactly among 1994-2011. Using literature study by qualitative methodology, this research explains historical datas discussed and analysed by The World System Theory of Wallerstein, and The Transnational Capitalist Class Theory of Leslie Sklair. This thesis finds the indication that global economy capitalism system can creates long-term interdependent within global states and countries, particularly peripheries or mostly developing countries. The interdependent could be as what states need of foreign investment and technology transfer from advance states/countries, in order to foster domestic development and globally external orientation in the main sector. International capitalist did structural expantions and cultural influences insisting bioethanol to become global commodity and forced interdependent of long-term program of energy security design. Several strategies drived are 1) committing transactional agenda with official functionary and bureaucrat, 2) configuring corporate process of domestic market, 3) politics of finansial capital, 4) commercialization new technology innovation, 5) monopoly and cooptation.
