ABSTRACT Local government sites until now there is still a web page that cannot be accessed, the information needed less than complete, news information that is not update and even there are still some areas the City and County which do not have any site. The aim of research on local government websites the City and County are: first, determine the suitability of the content displayed on the website of the City and County government minimum service standards (MSS); second, determine the duration of the news updates on minimum service standards (MSS); and third, fulfilling the goal of the site as a local government digital information space to help increase the public information services. .
