Wahyuddin NIM : 15/388886/PSP/05491 Title : The Security Dinamics in South-East Asia Region After Cold War The end of the Cold War brings the impact to the changing constellation of international politics and security. This is no exception for the Southeast Asian region. The changes are a challenge for the countries in Southeast Asia. They still leaves the unresolved problems inherited from the Cold War, while the countries in Southeast Asia also had to reformulate its foreign policy to deal with these changes. Both of these create a relationship between them becomes dynamic. By using the concept of regional security this study to see how the dynamics of relations between countries in Southeast Asia is heavily influenced by the pattern of amity and enmity among them. There is also the influence of big countries like the United States and China in security policies made by countries in the region. Key Words: United States, amity, enmity, Cold War
